Flow Booster ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flow Booster software platform accessible at snori.shop. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our subscription software service.
Summary: We collect only what we need to run the software. We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI models. You own everything you create. You can export your data at any time.
1. What we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider). We do not store full payment card details — that data is held by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Usage data. We collect technical data about how you use the platform: pages visited, features used, job execution logs, and error reports. This data is used to improve the software and provide support.
Your content. Your prompts, workflows, batch jobs, data files, and job outputs are stored securely in our infrastructure. We treat this as your private data (see Section 3).
What we do not collect. We do not collect data about the responses from AI models beyond what you explicitly save in the platform. We do not track your activity on other websites or applications. We do not run advertising tracking on our platform.
2. How we use your data
- To operate and maintain the software platform
- To process your subscription payments
- To provide customer support
- To send product updates and transactional emails (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time from your account settings)
- To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve the product
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI models. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
3. Your content and intellectual property
Everything you create inside Flow Booster — your prompts, your workflows, your batch job outputs, and your uploaded data files — is your intellectual property. You retain full ownership. Flow Booster claims no rights over your content.
You can export all your data at any time from the Settings panel in your account. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your paid subscription, your data is retained on the free Trial tier. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, financial transaction records).
5. Third-party services
Flow Booster uses the following categories of third-party services to operate the platform:
- Payment processing — We use a PCI-compliant payment processor to handle subscription billing. We do not store card numbers.
- Cloud infrastructure — Your data is hosted on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
- Email delivery — A third-party email service is used to deliver transactional and support emails.
We do not share your personal information with these providers beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service.
6. AI provider API keys
When you connect an API key from an AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, or other supported providers), that key is stored in encrypted form. Your API key is used solely to make API calls you explicitly authorize through the Flow Booster platform. We never use your API key for any other purpose. We never share your API key with third parties. You can delete or replace your stored API keys at any time from your account settings.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. These cannot be disabled as they are required for the platform to function. We also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate product usage; these can be disabled in your account settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate personal data; request deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

9. Changes to this policy
We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
